Welcome to Swym.in. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of Website

By browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our site, you agree to use this platform with respect—for the brand, our community, and the creative effort behind every collection we release. We reserve the right to update prices, edit listings, or discontinue products at our discretion, keeping in mind that each release is limited, thoughtfully built, and never mass-produced.

2. Product Information

Every Swym piece is handpicked for its standout style, silhouette, and quality. Each swimsuit you see is part of a limited-release curation, and exists in just one exclusive piece — made to be yours, and only yours.

We take pride in offering designs that:

  • Flatter Indian body types

  • Feature premium stretch fabrics

  • Are lined for comfort and crafted to hold and sculpt

  • Come with removable padding for flexible styling

  • Arrive fresh, clean, and ready to wear

Fit & Care:

  • Most swimsuits fit true to size. Refer to measurements listed for best fit.

  • To extend the life of your piece, rinse gently after salt or pool water and lay flat to dry.

Note: Because every Swym drop is exclusive, once a piece is sold — it’s gone. We do not restock styles.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • In case of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and offer a refund or alternative.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days based on your location.

  • Delays due to courier services or external factors are outside our control, but we will assist you to the best of our ability.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

  • No returns or refunds will be processed after 3 days post-delivery.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Swym.in—images, logos, design, product descriptions—is the property of Swym and protected under copyright law. You may not use any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Swym shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

8. Privacy

Use of this site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Your data is secure and will never be shared without consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
