Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love what you picked—but if it’s not a perfect fit, here’s how returns work at Swym:

Eligibility for Return:

  • You may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and hygiene stickers intact.

  • Items must be returned with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Returns will not be accepted after 3 days from the delivery date.

  • Refunds will not be issued for products that appear worn, washed, damaged, or missing hygiene seals.

  • Accessories and items purchased on sale are final sale and non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at swym.in@swym.in with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Image of the item (if applicable)

If approved, we’ll share the return shipping details. 

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit (valid for 90 days).

  • No refunds will be issued to original payment methods unless the item is damaged or a wrong product was shipped.
