We hope you love what you picked—but if it’s not a perfect fit, here’s how returns work at Swym:
Eligibility for Return:

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and hygiene stickers intact.

Items must be returned with original packaging.
Non-Returnable Conditions:

Returns will not be accepted after 3 days from the delivery date.

Refunds will not be issued for products that appear worn, washed, damaged, or missing hygiene seals.

Accessories and items purchased on sale are final sale and non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return:

If approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit (valid for 90 days).

No refunds will be issued to original payment methods unless the item is damaged or a wrong product was shipped.
